With a passion to unleash potential and improve results, Ola has spent the last decade developing individuals and organizations towards higher ambitions.
After successful tenures as a line manager, he moved into consulting where he has partnered with a variety of companies ranging from public sector organizations to leading banks and insurance groups, consumer goods companies and global industrial corporations.
Ola earned his business degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he has also been a guest lecturer. He has remained a curious, resilient student - teacher and advisor alike - by continuously seeking out and implementing practices that make a difference and produce lasting results.
